This luxurious villa is whatever you need it to be: family holiday, entertainers' dream or private & peaceful retreat.

Queenscliff is a lovely and spacious home set high on Queenstown Hill with a convenient entrance via its private internal lift to the grand foyer. While still only a few minutes’ drive to town or a 15 minute walk down the hill, this property has stunning views over Lake Wakatipu to the peaks beyond and the Remarkables Mountain Range. Queenscliff is a large multi-level home with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and features two separate lounge areas – perfect for families and friends wanting space to spread out. The top floor of the property is the master suite and has spectacular views – with a bedroom and sitting area, extra-large walk in wardrobe and private en suite with separate spa bath and shower.

Queenscliff has a true “home away from home” feel with hundreds of DVDs, books and numerous games to enjoy. During your stay you are welcome to use the golf clubs, mountain bikes, Mac desktop computer, printer, rucksacks for walking and chilly bins for picnics by the lake. Favourite features of Queenscliff include the three separate outdoor areas and balconies, the BBQ, the media room, the impressive telescope, the colourful artwork and photos from around the world and the outdoor spa pool – the perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes. The home is well heated with heat pumps in all bedrooms and the living area, as well as a gas fire in the living room.

Practicalities include a double garage for secure off-street parking, a ski rack and drying cupboard, FREE wifi and local calls, full laundry facilities, linens, toiletries, kitchen basics, cleaning and an on-call Relax it’s Done representative to help with your holiday arrangements or for any questions. Queenscliff is tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished throughout and offers luxury with a view!

PLEASE NOTE: There is a $150 one-off fee if you wish to use the spa pool and it will be professionally valeted, up to temp and ready for your arrival.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I make changes to my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
