Houses for rent with swimming pools you can find many, villas with impressive decoration or houses that claim that they are "beachfront" but ultimately require getting into a car to get to an accessible beach many more.
Really impressive, designer-decorated, beachfront properties ON a secluded, tranquil 60 meter pebble/sand beach at its feet, just 2 hours away form the Athens International Airport,VERY few.
If you dream is to be away from the masses & throw out your car keys for your vacation -alone or with family or friends- you have chosen the right place: we boast the largest and nicest swimming pool: the Kastellakia Bay at your feet!!
Kastellakia Bay Villas are three individual, traditional, stone-built, luxury, Cycladic homes on the unadulterated, up-and-coming island of Kea (Tzia), one of the famous Greek Aegean Archipelago of islands, but still close to Attika and Greece's mainland.
Island Villages are close (1-2 KM), offering amenities like shopping or dining.
You can visit ancient sites, walk the picturesque Hora cobblestone narrow streets, follow ancient marked footpaths to remote beaches, go bird-watching on the nature reserve on the east side of the island, or simply have a lazy afternoon on Kastellakia beach and watching the sunset.
The ideal escape for nature lovers, sun seekers, naturalists or anybody who wants to "wind down and get away from it all"

Equipment: 32” LCD HD TV, DVD, mini Hi-Fi, ceiling fans in all rooms, quality bedroom anatomic mattresses, kitchen with quality appliances by NEFF & BOSCH, refrigerator, oven, hood, dishwasher, microwave, mixer, blender, coffee machine, espresso maker, toaster, solar water heater, vacuum cleaner clothes washer (shared), outside shower (shared), water softener.
Outside: 70 sq meters of reed-shaded terrace in the garden with sea view, teak wood outside furniture, sun/lounge chairs, American gas-lava rock outside BBQ, open air parking, succulent/ Mediterranean garden.
