Description

The apartment is in the historic center of the 18th century Saint Louis District called “Les Carrés”

(picturesque square blocks of low slate-roofed houses built by Louis XV in 1737).

It's just a 10 minutes walk to The Château de Versailles and its outstanding gardens,

30 minutes from the Eiffel Tower and Musée d'Orsay (straight through RER),

40 minutes from Notre-Dame and the center of Paris.

Shops, restaurants, cafés, services and public transports are minutes away.

The apartement is on the ground floor of a 1775 house, extended at the XIXth century,

with a public garden with playground on one side and a small private garden on the other.

You'll find a bedroom (sleeps: 2) , a living room (sleeps: 1) , a dining room,

an independent kitchen and a bathroom making up a surface area of 49 m2.

A little private backyard is also available.

It welcomes 2/3 persons.

Bedroom: Double bed, desk and wardrobe.

Living room: sofa bed, chest of drawers and a TV.

Dining room: round table for 4, reading corner with 2 armchairs.

Fully equiped kitchen :Electric cooker, Oven, Fridge / Freezer, 12 sets dishwasher, Micro-wave oven, Kettle, Expresso machine, Toaster,Dishes, cutlery, pots and pans.

Bathroom with bath / shower, washing machine, hair dryer.

Bed and bathroom linen included,

Iron and little board,

Free Internet access (Wifi),

Broadband TV.

PLEASE NOTE : we're refreshing a wall of the building from November 28th 2016 to February 15th 2017.

There may be some dust and, during day time, some noise and workers going around.

We'll try to make this as light as possible and we thank you beforehand for your understanding.

A complete paper guide is available (shops and restaurants, riding and running tracks, TV channels list, selective sorting, etc...) as well as touristic and what's-up-in-town infos booklets. Questions are welcome. I live in the same building, so you wouldn't be alone in case of trouble (bulb crash, clogged bathtub, Wifi trouble, cold or sprain...). that's why most of my guests barely see me :-)

How do damage deposits work?

If Paul-Henri (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
