Maison 5 pièces 150 m2 sur 2 niveaux, aménagement confortable entre moderne et ancien : séjour/salle à manger avec cheminée, coin repas, TV, vidéo et DVD, Mini chaine. 2 chambres avec 1 grand-lit, et un dressing avec portes coulissantes. Cuisine (4 plaques de cuisson, four, lave-vaisselle, four micro-ondes) avec table pour les repas. Salle de bains, WC séparé.

À l'étage supérieur: 1 chambre, 1 grand-lit ( 180 x 200 ),( draps fournis gratuitement pour ce lit) et un dressing avec portes coulissantes. 1 chambre, 2 petits lits lits et une armoire à glace avec 3 portes. Douche, WC séparé.

A l'extérieur: terrasse (100 m2) autour de la maison, avec vue sur la campagne. Meubles de terrasse, barbecue, chaises longues (8).

A disposition: lave-linge, téléphone, chaise haute pour enfant, lit bébé, sèche-cheveux. Internet (Connexion WIFI, gratuit). Adapté(e) aux familles. Poussette enfant à disposition. Internet à disposition uniquement pour surfer sur internet, téléchargements interdits. A 300 m de la Vézère, la maison est implantée sur un terrain clôturé et partiellement boisé de 11000 m2; seulement 3500 m2 herbu et fleuris sont réservés à la location. La piscine (10m x 5m, clôturée, portail homologué) est recouverte d'un dôme coulissant qui donne la possibilité de baignade par tout les temps de Mai à Septembre. Les jeux d'enfants, balançoire, table de ping-pong sont disponibles ainsi que le garage pour 2 voitures,utilisable comme espace de jeux. A proximité de la maison vous disposez d'un parking ombragé pour plusieurs voitures.Que vous soyez en famille ou entre amis, la location est adaptée à toutes les situations.La piscine est accessible du début avril à la mi octobre .(température de l'eau Juin Juillet Août entre 25 et 32 ° ).

“Perfect holiday”

We rent a property in France every year, this was the best so far. It was well equipped, very comfortable and quiet. The pool was always 23-26deg thanks to its dome cover even early morning. Because of this I used the pool a lot more than on previous holidays. The beds were very comfortable and the house was cool on the hottest day. It has an excellent kitchen but we did most of the cooking on the outdoor gas hotplate and charcoal BBQ. There is an extra fridge and chest freezer in the garage next to the bbq which was very handy. The property has a lockable gate and plenty of ground for the kids to play safely. There is plenty to do nearby, the fort just down the road is worth a visit lot more in there than you might expect. The owner Bernard is very helpful and a really nice guy. I can’t think of a single negative comment it really was the perfect holiday for us. Thanks Bernard Steve
