Adorable Beach house in Ormond By the Sea , Florida is the perfect place for your next beach vacation.

Bright and spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bath fully furnished and equipped renovated 2000 sq. ft. modern vacation pool home located on the peninsula. 4 minutes walk to the beach going East. 4 minutes walk to the Intercostal Waterway going West. Screened swimming pool in the private backyard. Covered sitting area. Kitchen is equipped with full size electric stove, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, glasses, cutlery, table-ware, pots and pans. Hand, bath towels and linens are provided. Central AC, washer, dryer, cable TV, internet, and Wi-Fi. The house is located on a quiet street in a very safe neighborhood of single-family homes. Access to no traffic, orange sand beach is right across the street. Master bedroom has a king size bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a king size bed as well. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds. The house has a split floor plan, making master suite and three other bedrooms and the second bathroom into two private suites. Formal dining room and breakfast area.

Access to the house contingent upon guests written acceptance of the rental agreement. Person signing the contract should be 25 years of age or older.
This is a NON SMOKING unit. Smoking is on lanai only.
The maximum number of guests is limited to 8 persons. No parties allowed.
 Kids under the age of 15 require adult supervision in the pool area.
No jumping in the pool.
Pets allowed for monthly rental, no large or aggressive dog breed ,additional pet security deposit of $250.00 is required

Response from the owner We are sorry, you did not like our home. We do our best to make our guests happy. Summer is a busy vacation season, and the beginning of summer especially. We have a crew that maintains the house. The AC went out late at night and was fixed early in the morning. We paid extra to make it happen. We regret that a deduction of $38.00 from the $500.00 deposit for the damage that your family did to the property during your stay made you change you mind about the overall experience you had.

How do damage deposits work?
