Private apartment on the 4th floor consists of lounge, fully equipped kitchen, 2 balconies, master bedroom, kids room with a bunk bed bathroom with a shower. They are available to guests also folding bed for children up to 2-3 years, high chair and passeggino.Grande garden. "Rome, mon amour! ..." is a cozy private apartment located in Ostia Lido beach neighborhood just steps from the beaches and the "Lido Nord" station. The historic center of Rome is easily reachable in half an hour by subway which makes the house an ideal base for those who want to combine a beach holiday with cultural tours in Capitale.L'appartamento is very quiet, sunny, functional and quiet. guests have access to the crockery and necessary to cook and everything you need for a pleasant stay. rates are inclusive of consumption. the house is situated in a quiet area, but with all the amenities: bar, pizzeria, pharmacy, post office, restaurants, local market, supermarkets the apartment ETC. is functional, very bright, quiet and cozy and completely renovated. it 'just a 20 minute ride from the center of Rome, 5 minutes (2 stops) from the amazing archaeological site at Ostia Ntica, 10 minutes from the beautiful pine forest of Castelfusano, 10 minutes from Fiumicino International Airport and five minutes walk from the beach. They are available to guests two bicycles. Our presence and hospitality will be constant and on request we will be available to provide all the explanations and help they will need. "Rome, mon amour! .." is a cozy private apartment in the seaside district of Ostia Lido just a few steps from the beaches and from the train stop "Lido Nord" .The apartment is on the 4th floor and Consists of: living room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 balconies, master bedroom, kids room with a bunk bed and bathroom with shower. On demand guests have at their disposal a cot for up to 3 years, high chair and stroller. Large communal garden. The apartment is very quiet, sunny, functional and quiet .The sea is just a few hundred meters walk. All services are reachable within at few minutes walk away. Supermarkets, banks, shops, post office, pharmacies metro station etc.etc. For lovers of nature walks in a few minutes you find a beautiful old pinewood. The wonderful archaeological site of Ostia Antica is a metro stop. Guests have at their disposal crockery, cooking facilities and they will find everything they need for a pleasant stay. Rates are inclusive of consumption. Check in from 2:00 pm to 9:30 pm - Check out from 7:00 am to 10:00 am. For the reservations made after April the 1st 2018 is the obligatory payment of the Tourist Tax for all the guests. Children under 10 do not pay. (Roma Capitale deliberation number 14 dated the 18th March 2018). The Tourist Tax must be paid in cash upon the check. Getting around

Rome is easily reachable in 25 minutes with a train leaving every 10/15 minutes at a cost of 1.50 euro per person. The nearest station is LIDO NORD which is 3 minutes by car or 10/15 minutes walk. The central station LIDO CENTER is easily accessible by a bus which is right outside the house (05 /). The wonderful site of Ostia Antica is one stop away by train (about 2 minutes).

I'll be there to meet you both check in to check out, and for every problem there might be. I will deliver 'personally with pleasure and the keys on the day of your arrival. Rates are inclusive of consumption. I remind you that for convenient check-in guests must communicate your arrival time so as to give access to the apartment without any hiccups. The check in is from 14:00 to 21:30 and the check out and 'by 10:00. It will be a pleasure to help you in planning your vacation. “Relaxing and Welcoming Seaside Apartment”

We stayed 25 days in this apartment and immediately felt at home. We were welcomed by the owner Loretta, who made us feel at ease . Her enthusiasm when showing us the apartment was a welcome delight after a days travel. She gave us lots of local information and recommended places to eat and even supplied us with a telephone to use in Italy so we wouldn't incur international charges. She contacted us regularly to ask if there was anything we needed and obliged us with an answer or solution when we did ask. She even took us to the airport at the end of our stay. The apartment is clean and light and spacious and had everything we needed. I highly recommend this apartment . We were within walking distance of the train to Rome .The sea is literally down the road .and a well equipped supermarket is directly opposite. There are lovely restaurants at the beach and marina along with a newly opened restaurant called Passa Parola which is opposite and makes lovely food and wonderful pizzas at reasonable prices and also deliver to the apartment.

Sono molto contenta che abbiate avuto delle belle giornate di sole che hanno fatto si che poteste apprezzare ancora di più le bellezze di Roma, la casa e tutti i servizi che ci sono nei paraggi. Peccato che il bimbo non sia stato tanto bene. Spero di riavervi presto come ospiti. A' bientot!!!
