Description
Our apartment is located at Gaviotas Racquet Club in Mazatlan. Amenities include free clay tennis courts
( reservations are suggested) palapa with bar and swimming pool. Located two block away from Mazatlan's BEST BEACHES and Mazatlan’s famous Golden Zone. Situated on Ibis street the apartment is away from the noise of Mazatlan's night life but within walking distance to shopping, beaches, Oceanside restaurants
The Unit is on the top floor (4rd floor) which makes for nice ocean breezes in the afternoon and beautiful city views. The patio/ deck (only available on the top floor apartments/condo) has views of Mazatlan's neighborhoods and spectacular cathedrals. Also deer and bird Island can be seen. The deck is perfect for private sunbathing or evening dining and morning coffee.
* Maid service is available, but laundry is not included. The laundry mat is less than a block away, a very easy walk. They wash/ dry and even fold your laundry for a reasonable fee.
