Description

Beautiful 1,895 sq ft home on the golf course in the gated resort community of Solera in Chandler, AZ. The home is the Saquaro floor plan featuring a large master bedroom a large suite bathroom, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a large den and formal dining. The large kitchen, dining and family room overlook the golf course with a covered patio. The guest bedroom is located on the opposite side of the house offering more privacy. The home is completely furnished with all appliances including washer/dryer, refrig, oven, stove, dishwasher,disposal,microwave. Also included are three TV's, cd/dvd player, wired with cable and high speed internet access.

Patio furniture including a gas grill is included to relax and enjoy the view and wonderful weather and patio heater.

The home is equipped with all utensils, linens, china and glassware. The two car garage includes a golf cart stall.

Beds: 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed

Guest have access to all the amenities like swimming pool, lap pool, hot tubs, and numerous activities, events and social opportunities at the center.

How do damage deposits work?
