About 1900 sq ft, 3 luxurious bedrooms with 2 baths beautiful home along with pool in friendly neighborhood, about 5 minutes short distance from Cable Beach and 1 minute from Saunders Beach.by car (15 minutes walking). .

House also features large yard along with Gazebo, hammock & wonderful foliage, completely furnished with all appliances which include dishwasher, washer/dryer, Televisions, DVD, CD Player, computer with printer w/ Hi- Speed Wi-Fi Internet, toll free phone. Crib, high chair and baby furniture, kitchen gadgets (including Keurig machine, coffee maker, blender, coffee bean grinder, etc.. Perfect for families and for businesmen who seek a home-away-from-home in city of Nassau. Enjoy free calls to any city in the United States, Canada and UK.. Building is environmental friendly with solar heating, energy efficient appliances, fluorescent lights and local landscaping and fruit trees which attract a great selection of birds. Relax in the pool or in the hammock or in the outside gazebo.. Safety is a priority; the house has a modern security system that is monitored by one of the top security firms in the country.

If there is power failure and the island is without electricity, our guests do not have to suffer because the house features its own generator that kicks in automatically if there is a black-out.

For those who do not rent a car, transportation can be arranged from the airport to the house. Car rental is recommended if guests want to easily see the island and visit the various historic sites and beaches; or guests can use the #10 or 12A bus which runs the entire strip of Cable Beach and to downtown.

Personal needs of guests - eg massages, chefs, babysitters, or other special services. - can be provided at the house.

Car rental is recommended (all of the international rental car agencies are at the Nassau airport - book online for best rates). A number of local companies also rent cars at a slightly lower rate. Bus service is available on the Cable Beach strip.

Response from the owner What a delightful group. Yes, I give all my guests a welcome basket so that they can sample the local beer, rum cake, and other items made in The Bahamas. This family qualified for my special Bahamian "paella" because they stayed over 10 days. It was refreshing to see that this took the time to enjoy all the attractions including the marching flamingoes at our local zoo (Ardastra Gardens), swim at all the beautiful beaches, eat at the local restaurants, enquire about other places of interest, enjoy the water attractions on a nearby island and truly learn the culture. I am glad I could supply them with a mature and responsible babysitter so they could celebrate their birthday in style. This group also rented my car and left both the house and the car in an immaculate condition. It was such a pleasure to host them. Hurry back.

Response from the owner Because the house is centrally located - less than five minutes by car from downtown, several beaches, restaurants, liquor stores, "Fish Fry", BahaMar, Ardastra Gardens, etc - many families attending weddings prefer to stay at a home so that they can enjoy the entire island, then come home to a well-stocked house and pool, while saving money by cooking most of their own meals.
