Description
This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor condo has everything you could ask for in a vacation rental. The location is only 10 minutes away from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport which is so convenient after a long flight. The community has excellent amenities including being gated, pool, jacuzzi, gym, BBQ grills, and a reserved parking space.
Did I mention how close you are to everything in the Valley? The Phoenix Zoo is 2 minutes away, Desert Botanical Garden is 3 minutes away, Phoenix Municipal Stadium home of Spring Training for the Oakland Athletics is 1 minute away, three other Spring Training stadiums are within 10 minutes, Papago Park within 2 minutes, Papago Golf course 2 minutes away, Tempe Town Lake 5 minutes away, Mill Avenue and Arizona State University 5 minutes away, Scottsdale Fashion Square 10 minutes, lots of hiking and biking trails, and many more attractions, shopping, and restaurants to numerous to mention.
The corner lot location is one of the best in the condo complex. Literally pool side you only have to walk out your patio gate and the pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ grills are right there. The gym is also right next to the condo. There are also a few walking paths throughout the complex to enjoy.
Inside the condo you will find a very modern and spacious floor plan. The living room has a 50 inch LED flat screen TV to enjoy DVD's and BluRay movies. Each bedroom has it's own TV and DVD/BluRay player to keep the kids and adults entertained. You can enjoy the DVD library and books provided. The living room has a sofa that lets out into a full size bed to accommodate 2 extra guests. Each bedroom has brand new Queen size beds that are so comfortable it will be hard to get up.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook a meal. Including granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The appliances include a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. Also a full size washer and dryer so you can go home with clean clothes. Each bathroom is a full bathroom with a shower/tub option. Each bathroom will have it's own blow dryer so you can leave yours at home. The patio is great to enjoy for your morning coffee and breakfast. The living room has a desk and chair to plan trips, write letters, or check your email. Free Wi-Fi inside the condo to stream music or movies.
Overall this condo offers the best of everything you can ever look for in a vacation rental. The location and amenities cannot be beat. The only thing missing is you!
