TREAT YOURSELF TO AN UNFORGETTABLE STAY AT OUR RIO DE JANEIRO APARTMENT. LOCATED IN IPANEMA, THE CITY´S MOST CHARMING NEIGHBORHOOD AND NESTLED BETWEEN LAGOON-LAGOA RODRIGO DE FREITAS AND THE LEGENDARY BEACHES OF IPANEMA.
OUR PLACE IS A NEW APARTMENT IN A NEWLY CONSTRUCTED BUILDING. ORIGINALLY, A FOUR BEDROOM 5 BATHROOM APARTMENT THAT WE MODIFIED TO BETTER TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE SPACE. NOW A 3 BEDROOM APARTMENT WITH 2.5 BATHROOMS. HOWEVER, WE USE THE THIRD BEDROOM FOR STORAGE AND REMAINS LOCKED.
Our apartment offers complimentary Cable TV, Wi-Fi, 40” Samsung Smart TV in rear suite and 50" Sony Smart TV in the living room both with access to Netflix to watch your favorite movies while relaxing in the apartment. Fully-equipped kitchen includes dish washer and washer machine for laundry needs.
Rear bedroom suite consists of a queen size bed, private bathroom and shower with double shower heads for couples, air conditioning, plenty of closet space, 40" smart TV and direct access to the rear terrace.
Front bedroom suite consists of a full size bed, private bathroom and shower, air conditioning, plenty of closet space and direct access to front terrace.
Our apartment is the perfect place for a memorable business trip, an exciting vacation or a romantic honeymoon. Ideal for 2 couples and a baby.
THE TWO TERRACES ARE PRIVATE AND NOT SHARED WITH THE OTHER APARTMENTS.

DURING THE BOSSA NOVA ERA IPANEMA BLOSSOMED INTO THE CITY´S MOST CHARMING NEIGHBORHOOD. THE BEACH AT IPANEMA BECAME WIDELY KNOWN BY THE SONG "THE GIRL FROM IPANEMA" (GAROTA DE IPANEMA") WRITTEN BY ANTONIO CARLOS JOBIM AND VINÍCIUS DE MORAES. OUR PLACE IS LOCATED ON A VERY QUIET STREET, A SHORT WALK AWAY FROM THE BEACH(POSTO 8 & 9), LAGOA, BARS, RESTAURANTS AND SUPERMARKETS.
