Peninsula is located in Nuevo Mazatlan, and is the most luxurious and exclusive condominium complex in all of Mazatlan. Vacation in style and take advantage of all the amenities this property has to offer: private beach, pools, restaurant, games room, movie theatre, fully equipped gym, sauna, steam room, relaxation area, massage rooms, bar, and super chic lobby! Whether you are planning a romantic getaway or a group celebration, Peninsula has what you need.

Peninsula 3-B has a fabulous open layout and is decorated with modern furnishings. Feel completely at ease from the moment you walk in the door. Cook your own meals and mix your own drinks in your gourmet kitchen, or head to one of the neighbouring beach clubs/in to town and order from the restaurants.

Floor to ceiling windows in the living room and master bedroom make for incredible views of the Pacific Ocean and our famous Mazatlan sunsets. The large soaker tub in the master bathroom is calming and inviting, as are each of the plush beds in the master and guest bedrooms. In the master bedroom is a king size bed, a queen bed is in the second bedroom, and two individual beds in the 3rd room.

Peninsula 3-B has cable and $500 pesos of electricity included, as well as ample closet space for all of your belongings.

Electricity in Peninsula condominiums is paid separately to the building administrators through deposits of $500 MXN. Administrators are also available day and night to help you with any problems or questions you might have. Rest assured that you will be in good hands.

Getting around

There are cabs and buses (Sabalo Cerritos line) that run up and down the main road just outside the building. You can use these to get to the Marina or the Golden Zone quite easily. We would recommend taking a cab to get to Centro, just because the bus can take quite a bit of time. You can use the new walking/biking path that runs along the main road to get anywhere on the Cerritos road. A 10 minute walk to the North will get you to Playa Bruja, where you can enjoy several restaurants, a different beach, and local souvenir shops. Uber and Didi also operate in Mazatlan.
