Nuovissimo, indipendente, primo piano, in uno stabile di tre appartamenti. Questo è quello di mezzo. accesso al solarium sul tetto di 50mq vista lago dotato di jacuzzi . L'uso della vasca idromassaggio (non obbligatorio) è un extra a pagamento (250 euro a prenotazione entro una settimana). Solarium con vista spettacolare su Sirmione, del lago e del Monte Baldo innevato. Ampi locali, 2 camere, 2 bagni, ampio soggiorno, cucina molto funzionale, lavatrice, parcheggio scoperto interno, possibilità di deposito barca, pochi mt dalla spiaggia e da una panoramica passeggiata che giunge fino al centro storico di peschiera. Wi-fi gratis.
Se vuoi usare jacuzzi, scrivi sempre sulla richiesta e verifica la disponibilità! La prenotazione non comprende l'uso jacuzzi.
Lo stabile ha tre appartamenti (terra, piano 1 e piano 2). terrazza solarium è sul tetto!
Da pagare sul posto c'è la tassa di soggiorno 1,50 euro al giorno per persona sopra i 12 anni max 21 giorni.
