Beautiful holiday home in the town of Ballina. Gorgeous house, full of character! Failte Ireland approved & rated 4 star. Perfectly located on the WILD ATLANTIC WAY route. 5 min stroll into town, 500 yards to River Moy. Free wifi. 3 double bedrooms, (big comfy beds!) plus 1x double sofa bed, (memory foam matress) , 2 bathrooms, 1x WC, great relaxing living areas -inside & out. Spotlessly clean. A real gem!

“Comfortable eclectic house”

Caledonia is a large well equipped homely house which was just to our taste. It is well located for Ballina Town and Enniscrone and we will certainly book again when we are next in Ballina.

How do damage deposits work?

If Gina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
