Description
Little Valley in the Black Perigord: Xabi, Elise and children are delighted to present to you their lodging Little Valley. It is located 1.5 km from the village of Rouffignac St Cernin, in the Périgord Black. Village of about 1,600 inhabitants, located on the axis Périgueux-Sarlat Rouffignac St Cernin is an ideal base for visiting the most beautiful sites of Périgord. We will be happy to advise you on tours to do during your stay. Yet close to all amenities (supermarket, withdrawal terminal, gas station, hairdressers, bars, restaurants, post office, Sunday market, etc.), our house has a quiet atmosphere in the middle of its 5 hectares of land mostly wooded with lovely views. The cottage consists of: - on the ground floor of a large kitchen and a lounge / dining room and office with internet access (computer not provided). Flat screen TV + DVD player. A spacious room with a bed of 160cm. A bathroom with shower. A separate toilet. - upstairs 2 bedroom 1 with 1 bed of 140cm and the other with 2 beds of 90cm and 1 single mattress. A bathroom with tub. A separate toilet. We can accommodate up to 7 people. NOT INCLUDED (Order from the owner at least 2 days prior to arrival and payable locally): - bed linen and towels: 15 € per double bed and 10 € per single bed (shower mats and tea towels provided). The beds will be made upon arrival. Cleaning: 80 € In July and August, we offer the € 1,500 price all inclusive (linen and cleaning). If you prefer to bring your own sheets, plan 220x240 duvet covers for double beds and 160x200 for singles we can lend baby equipment (high chair, changing mat, cot,) bicycle rental (20 € / week /bike). Off season (October through May), we can rent from 2 nights. Thank you to contact us for rates (from 200 € - special price for 2 people using only one bedroom). Central heating with wood. Firewood provided.
