Il costo include l'ombrellone nello stabilimento attrezzato, senza dover prenotare, ma soprattutto con la garanzia di avere il posto in spiaggia.
Appartamento su due livelli a pochi passi dal mare tra San Felice Circeo e Terracina, composto da salone 3 camere, 2 bagni, cucina, salone e terrazza panoramica completamente attrezzata con tavolo, divanetti e barbeque.
L'appartamento è completamente ristrutturato e gli arredi sono nuovi.
E' dotato di ogni confort (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, TV 40' a schermo piatto, microonde, connessione wi-fi, barbeque, 2 asciugacapelli e ferro da stiro) e viene fornito completo di biancheria e stoviglie.
Si trova a Lido di Venere, un comprensorio composto da una strada di circa 700 mt che dalla Pontina porta alla spiaggia. E' accessibile da un cancello elettrico è molto tranquillo non essendo una strada di transito.
All'interno del Lido non ci sono negozi ma a 300 mt da casa si possono trovare supermercati, bar, pizzeria, ristoranti e fermata pullman.
A pochi passi da casa si trova la spiaggia attrezzata del Lido, con un chiosco/bar dove è possibile mangiare.
Nelle vicinanze, raggiungibile in pullman o in macchina ci sono tante zone interessanti da vedere:
Terracina a 3,2 km - San Felice Circeo a 3 km - Sperlonga - Sabaudia e le dune
