La Casa è una ex tenuta di caccia, immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità, all'esterno un parco di 5000 mq nel quale passeggiare e ammirare alberi da frutto e piante autoctone, ogni stagione è giusta e regala l'emozione dei colori che segnano lo scandire del tempo, rendendo, attraverso ogni senso, il soggiorno una esperienza ricostituente e rilassante, la casa con i suoi 120 anni di storia raccoglie in seno la cultura agreste di 4 generazioni, la struttura, è rimasta, per scelta, con l'impianto originale, una grande cucina con caminetto a vista, un importante tavolo centrale d'epoca in legno di larice vi accoglierà per nutrienti e genuine colazioni, pranzi e cene, preparate dalla padrona di casa, che sapientemente, mescola prodotti stagionali dell'orto, passando tra pasta e pane fatto in casa, e carni e pesce unicamente bio.
Sempre al piano terra una sala a giorno, con con comodi divani e tv, con porta d'accesso alla riva del piccolo fiume che costeggia il retro dell'abitazione, i riflessi dell'acqua, vengono scanditi dal "ritmo" naturale delle canne di bamboo, e dalla vegetazione acqutica che sinuosamente accarezza il "pelo dell'acqua".
Al primo piano 3 comode camere da letto in soluzione di doppia, con la possibilità dell'aggiunta del 3 letto, ognuna di esse oltre a contenere quadri e accessori, unicamente artistici e artigianali, offre guardando all'esterno delle viste suggestive e ogni volta diverse, una di esse, con bagno privato si affaccia al curato giardino di noci, tigli, carpini, noccioli, e alberi da frutto, le altre due con bagno al piano in comune, privilegiano la visione delle montagne, e del fiume.
La vicinanza a città storico artistiche, Venezia, 45 min, Trieste, un'ora, sono solo alcune delle tante e quelle di rilevaza archeologica, Acquileia, Concordia Sagittaria, Altino, nonchè la vicinanza con località marine, Bibione e le sue terme, Caorle e i suoi pescherecci, Lignano, Jesolo, tutte raggiungibili in 40 minuti d'auto, la perla delle dolomiti Cortina D'Ampezzo un'ora e mezza di auto, per non parlare della vicinanza con i confini austriaci e sloveni.
La gentilezza e la riservatezza dei padroni di casa condirà ulteriormente il soggiorno, pronti ad esaudire qualsiasi richiesta, dal trasferimento da e per l'aereoporto o le stazioni marittime e ferroviarie e disponibili come eventuali guide alle località che desiderate visitare, "l'essenza della natura", non offre opportunità di soggiorno mirate ad una sola tipologia di persone, ma si propone di aderire ad ogni proposito di vacanza, viaggio, esperienza, è per così dire un luogo che Vi farà vivere nel rispetto e nella libertà di ogni desiderio individuale.
