TUNNAG COTTAGE IN BENDERLOCH OFFERS SELF-CATERING SPACIOUS ACCOMMODATION FOR 7 PEOPLE. HAS 3 BEDROOMS , 1 FAMILY BATHROOM, TOILET ON GROUND, FLOOR 1 FAMILY ROOM,1 DOUBLE ROOM , 1 TWIN ROOM WITH AN-SUITE DISABLED FRIENDLY, PLEASANT PRIVATE GARDEN WITH DECKING AREA AND OFF ROAD PARKING The generously appointed accommodation offers:- Entrance Hall with Stairs off, Cloakroom/Toilet and Twin Bedroom en-suite (shower, wc & basin) suitable for disabled occupation; spacious open plan Lounge with Multi-fuel Stove, TV, DVD and Music Centre; Dining Area with French doors to Sun Deck (with garden furniture) and south facing garden; fully fitted Kitchen area in ('L' bend) with electric cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave and Utility Room with washing machine and tumble dryer and door to garden.Upstairs are a Family Room and a Double bedroom and Bathroom with bath, wc, basin and separate shower. There is free broadband located in property. Instant hot water from boiler, however if all 7 people staying require hot water at once there is a booster switch beside the cooker in kitchen. There are plenty of heaters in the house for heat alongside a cosy log burner. Pleasant private garden bordered by a small stream (main area fully enclosed for child safety).Parking for TWO CARS only.Bed Linen included in price. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS.. Electricity -There is an electric top up meter which is pre credited with £10.00 to start your trip off, after that you are required to credit the meter. You can top up Connel village post office it is located over the bridge. Alternatively any shop with sign PP for paypoint does it for example tesco/garage across from lidl in Oban. There is an emergency credit facility on the meter but if used has to be topped back up or amount will be deducted from your deposit. . Cot and high chair free by request. Z Bed for 8th person extra charge £ 35 per night On departure please leave the house in a clean & tidy condition, as you found it upon arrival. In the event that the property or garden area, or contents of the Cottage is deliberately, or negligently damaged or broken by you, or any member of your party, you will be fully liable for the repair or replacement of the item(s) in question.
There is a extra £100.00 deposit to be added on top of your holiday price for any breakages etc. This will be refunded if not required. wifi broadband Beautiful Tralee Bay with its sandy beach is within walking distance from self catering cottage There is a good family restaurant under a mile away and the village of Benderloch has a well stocked licensed general store and filling station. There is fishing, boating, riding and karting in the area as well as many interesting places to visit, some almost on the doorstep. The area is rich in wildlife and history.There are plenty local walks and hill climbs in the local Benderloch area, but for the more adventurous Glencoe is only about 25 miles away.There is historic Barcaldine Castle just round the corner, the Sea Life Centre a few minutes drive away and a range of popular pubs/restaurants in the area.Or simply relax and soak up the wonderful Highland and coastal scenery.

“Brilliant house, brilliant location”
We decided to go away for New Year with our children plus friends and their daughter. The house was absolutely perfect for us with loads of space for the kids to play around and still allow the adults to relax. The location is great and in close walking distance to the beach. Local shops are only a five minute drive away and its only a 15 minute drive into Oban.

“Cosy cottage in a peaceful location....”
Our party of six adults stayed at Tunnag Cottage in August 2016 for three nights. Five of the party were on holiday from Malaysia and this was their first experience of Scotland. The weather was wet and cold and so we loved the wood burning fire in the lounge. There was every convenience in the kitchen and we were able to cater easily. Bedrooms were comfortable and the whole cottage had a homely feel. We all loved the peace and quiet. Maureen and Willie made our stay relaxing and we hope to return one day.
