Thank you for the interest in our vacation home. Our home is one of the nicest available in Arizona. Take a look at the private 9 hole Mini Golf Course! You will love this property....

This is an amazing property!!! Be sure to check back-in for photos of the 9 hole mini goofy golf course that is almost complete on this 4.5 acre gated estate.

The 7 night rate is $9000 + $400 cleaning and $75 per day for pool heating + applicable taxes or $1500 per night plus cleaning, pool heating and taxes. This home has a 4 night weekend minimum. We accept pay pal, credit cards and checks. We require a 50% deposit to hold your dates and the balance is due 30 days prior to check in.

The 7 night SUMMER rate from, June 1st thru August 31st is $6000 or $1000 per night plus $400 cleaning and tax. This home has a 3 night weekend minimum during summer season. We accept pay pal, credit cards and checks. We require a 50% deposit to hold your dates and the balance is due 30 days prior to check in.

The Super Bowl is a special event and is at a significantly higher rate.

The home is equipped with 2 king beds, 6 queen beds, 1 twin bed and 5 quality roll away beds with standard twin mattresses. There are also 5 fold out pads that work well for kids. The home is fantastic and has something for everyone.

There are 6 bedrooms including the studio casita and the media room can also be used as a 7th bedroom because it has its own bathroom. Every bedroom has its own private patio, double sinks and walk in closet. The rooms are very large and this home has everything a large group could want in a vacation. The home has 3 horseshoe pits, swim up bar for 6, rock water slide, private sport court, large bbq and outdoor kitchen under gazebo, fooseball, air hockey, pool table, 13 tv's, 125"projector screen, heated pool and spa, outdoor fireplace and fire pit (gas), playground and trampoline. There is no other rental like it anywhere in Arizona. This one is awesome!!!!

Here's some additional bedroom info.

The house has (br #1master=1 king), (#2 = 1 queen), (#3= 1 queen +1 twin), (#4= 2 queens) , (#5= 2 queens) and (#6 studio casita= 1 king bed). We also have 5 quality roll away twin beds with real mattresses. They are just like regular beds but can be stood up and rolled into different rooms. There are also a couple fold out mattress pads from costco as well. They are 4 inch thick foam wrapped in vinyl and suede.

In total the home is equipped with 2 king beds, 6 queen beds, 1 twin bed and 5 quality roll away beds with standard twin mattresses.

There are 6 bedrooms including the studio casita and the media room can also be used as a 7th bedroom because it has its own bathroom. Every bedroom has its own private patio, double sinks and walk in closet. Two sets of bedrooms have Jack and Jill toilet and shower areas. Bedrooms #1, #2, #3, #6 are on the main floor. Bedrooms #2 & #3 and #4 & #5 each have a j&j toilet and shower but they do have there own private double vanity sinks and walk in closets.

Getting around

We do recommend rental cars however Uber and Lyft are available. The owner also owns a transportation, limo and party bus company for additional transportation you might want to inquire about for golf, nightlife or statewide tours to the Grand Canyon or Sedona.

Interaction with guest

We provide a digital door code to access the property. We often meet the guest upon their arrival to show them how to work certain features like the TVs, the Pool app and other amenities around the property. I live about 30 minutes from the Estate and will always be available by phone or text.
