It is a house located in a beautiful garden (private outdoor table for 6). The house of 60m2 is independent, in duplex, with, on the ground floor, a kitchen / dining room very equipped, with a table for 6, and a room (double bed) with its room of water and TOILET. Upstairs, another bedroom with double bed, 2 single beds in mezzanine (ideal for 2 children or an adult) and a second bathroom and toilet. Recent renovation. There is no living room.

How do damage deposits work?
