Response from the owner Mathias a séjourné plus de 24h pour une nuit réservée (13h-15h). Formule proposée en cette nuit de réveillon pour permettre un agréable moment à nos hôtes. Il a pu profiter ce qui a été le cas puisque au départ de Mathias le sauna était encore chaud. Le café Nespresso est à disposition pour le petit déjeuner: prestation encore rare dans certains hôtels de standing. Notre intérêt est de proposer un hébergement en toute sécurité et réglementaire ( la remise d'un contrat permet un engagement pour nos hôtes ). Notre sérieux, le standing de la maison, son confort, l'accueil sont à chaque séjour mis en avant par nos hôtes. Nous travaillons dans ce souci et continuerons à le faire. Mathias nous a sollicité sans cesse et même à 19h le soir du réveillon. Nous nous sommes déplacés et l'avons aidé au détriment de notre soirée. Nous respectons nos hôtes et les priorisons. Tous nos efforts, notre disponibilité n'ont pas suffis et n'ont pas été perçus par Mathias. Nous tenons compte des remarques de Mathias pour l'avenir.
