Our modern, spacious apartment is situated on a pathway 5 minutes walk through woodlands from a private beach, and the South West Coastal Path. It's also a mere 10 minute stroll to the historic waterfront at Charlestown, famed for its tall ships and waterfront eateries.

If you're venturing further afield, it is ideal for visitors to all of Cornwall's most loved attractions:

Amazing apartment, immaculately clean and ideally located. The private beach is beautiful, cannot recommend enough, well worth a visit!

A brilliant find and we would stay again.great facilities and very clean. Good location for access to Eden Project. Good communication from the owners. Only gripe was no toilet paper.

“Great location”

Arrived at 2pm directions were very good apartment is in residential area of duporte no problems with getting key ground floor apartment good entrance area with area for shoes good size kitchen well equipped but NO window extractor fan was adequate . Living room / dining room nice size with lots of children toys in it, small balcony with table and 2 chairs on it. 1st bedroom king size bed which is in desperate need of new mattress double wardrobe , chest of drawers and bedside cabinets plenty of storage . 2nd bedroom 2 single beds with small unit in middle no wardrobe or chest of drawers. Bathroom was ok but water not hot enough for a bath Only problem we had was there wasn't enough bath towels provided but phoned cleaning lady who delivered what we needed within the hr Beach area accessible by pathway 2/3 min walk but beware coming back it's very steep . Beautiful beach if only the weather had been kinder to us We walked to Charlestown which was only about 10/15 mins and came back on coastline . For us the location was great for everywhere we wanted to visit . Eden project 15 mins mevigessy was 15 mins Newquay about 1hr would return if new mattress !!

Response from the owner Thanks for your very thorough review - the mattress is actually new but we'll check this out and replace ASAP - it may just be very soft.... Totally agree with the remainder! We do get an excellent service from our local cleaning lady, for any additional services needed. The private beach is certainly a high-point. Thanks again!

How do damage deposits work?
