Enjoy your stay in Tampa in this centrally located flat in the Seminole Heights neighborhood. Our guests are amazed when they arrive to find this spacious - 1100 sq ft, flat. Comprising the 2nd floor of this beautifully restored home with the owners occupying the first floor. Located 5 mins from Bush Gardens and Lowery Park Zoo.15 mins from the finest medical centers - USF, Moffitt Cancer Center, James A Haley VA and Tampa General Hospital. 10 mins from sports and concert venues - The Forum, Raymond James Stadium, George Steinbrenner Field, the Amphitheater at Florida State Fairgrounds, and the Straz Performing Arts Center.The beaches are just 30 minutes away and the Disney World and Sea World attractions can be reached in as little as 45 minutes. Located just a block from the Hillsborough River with a spacious screened porch perfect for listening to the many Songbirds. Each of the two bedrooms are appointed with queen size beds and roomy closets. The full bath has a tub/shower combination and there is also a very cute half bath. If you prefer to be your own chef (and save money) the kitchen is loaded with all of the utensils to whip up a meal that can be served at either the kitchen table or on the screened porch. Don't want to cook - the Seminole Heights area is home to some of the best restaurants in the area. A washer/dry is provided in the unit. The owners live on the first floor and will be available to answer questions and provide assistance if necessary. We do now accept one pet under 25 pounds, please disclose your desire to bring your pet at the time of booking. Your pet must come with up-to-date shot records. There will be an additional cost that must be paid prior to arrival. The pet must not be left in the apartment alone at any time.
