FULL DESCRIPTION

Downstairs entrance hall. St.Saviours Apartment is situated on the second floor, via a secure entry phone system, this apartment is arranged over 2 floors. Entrance is in to an open plan living/dining/kitchen area.

Fully fitted Kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, integral hob with extractor fan over, microwave, toaster and kettle. Built in washer/dryer.The folding dining table seats 6 . Living area has a Freeview digital TV, with large 2 seater sofa, 3 armchairs, occasional table and 2 nests tables with lamps. There is electric heating throughout the property.

The master bedroom is off of the living area. The master bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and lamps and mirror. This room also can access the bathroom via a sliding door.The fully-tiled shower-room is finished to a very high standard with large shower cubicle, wash hand basin, toilet and bathroom cabinet.

The second bedroom is a double bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables with lamps. TV

The third bedroom is accessed via a staircase leading off of the kitchen area. This delightful twin room is in the eaves of the property and has drawer storage, bedside tables and lamps. Bed linen is provided. Electricity is included. £50 security deposit required on all bookings.

“Great location in beautiful Padstow”

For access to Padstow you cannot find a greater place to stay. No 3 St Saviours was a roomy apartment and very comfortable and with everything we needed for a self catering holiday. There was a little noise from the next door bathroom in the second bedroom when the shower was being used, but apart from that I would recommend the apartment.

We just stayed at st saviours apartment for a long weekend with the family. The decor in the apartment is lovely and was bigger than it looks on the pictures. The apartment is in a great location and we would definitely stay in the apartment again! Thank you

We were very pleased with our apartment. It's location was great and right next to the harbour. It was quiet and tucked away but in the centre of everything. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it.
