Come and experience Castlehamilton Estate, Killeshandra, Co Cavan. Ideal location for group or family activity holiday. This is a heritage site on a working farm, located beside Killykeen National Forest Park and the village of Killeshandra. We offer luxury four star self-catering accommodation and this location a haven for fisherman, golfers, walkers, cyclists, horseriders, canoeists, bird watchers, and lovers of wildlife and the great outdoors. The Estate is nestled in the centre of Europe's largest inland waterways with 100's of lakes and rivers to choose from. You can choose accommodation in a 16th century courtyard setting, a 17th century Gate lodge, a 17th century Foresters house. As our guest, you can experience excellent pike, trout, fly and coarse fishing on our private lakes and rivers. We have boats and engines for hire along with fishing equipment. We have a large games room with Pool Table, Table tennis and Football game along with 2 outdoor Bowles pitches for your use during your visit. There are cycling paths to Killykeen National Park and there are also numerous other local activities for the entire family to enjoy.
