Description

Home is set up for large groups including Bachelorettes and traveling sports teams! Perfect 6 bedroom house 15 mins from downtown, centrally located in the charming Healy's Dutchtown neighborhood. Two (2) full bathrooms to easily coordinate shower times, 6 bedrooms with beds, and 7 additional air mattresses w/ sleeping bags!

New! Heated pool (use it year-round!) and Hot tub with 80 jets, lights, waterfall, and 7 seats! House is wired for sound - 14 speakers throughout the house so you can play your favorite music or Netflix as you walk through the home. Easy bluetooth connection w/ any phone.

The Space

My home has 6 bedrooms (1 California King, 4 queen size beds and 1 full) and is great for a trip away from the cold. The 8 foot deep diving pool is large and refreshing for the warm days. There are plenty of fun floating devices, towels, as well as a new volleyball net to enjoy!

Plenty of parking in the driveway, free wireless internet, a large flat screen TV with Netflix and local channels included. Bathroom has new finishings, new tile floors. Backyard has a nice view and includes a barbecue and tiki bar. Many parks nearby to relax, walk, etc.

Guest Access

The whole house (all 6 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms) are available to my guests.

There are three beautiful public golf courses near my house with prices as low as $15 per 9 holes. You can book these online in advance using the City of Phoenix website.

Also, if you like to bike, I live right on the bike path which connects all of central Phoenix. I enjoy biking all the way downtown without touching a busy street.

House Rules

Absolutely no smoking in the house. Additionally, if you are smoking on the patio please make sure all doors and windows are closed so the smoke doesn't enter the house.

Getting around

Getting around I would recommend to rent a car whenever in Phoenix as the city is very spread out and public transportation is not great overall. Generally you can get a car for $25 a day if you rent in advance and take the car from the PHX airport.

Interaction with Guests I chat frequently by text with all my guests. Anyone that needs anything is responded to generally within 10 minutes. Occasionally my guests ask to meet me and I of course love to do so :-)
