Recent House in Montgaillard (65200) on a plot of 4000 m 2 Interior: A DRC of 40 m 2 with fully equipped kitchen (oven, electric mixed hob and gas, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge table top, microwave, coffee maker). dining room (buffet, table and 6 chairs, living room with sofa bed 180 X 200 flat-screen TV and DVD player. Bathroom with shower 90 X 90 washbasin and toilet and towel heating. Bedding and towels provided upstairs 1 bedroom with bed, wardrobe, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 80 X 200 or 1 bed 160 X 200 and closet. The House is next to that of the owner.
Outside: 1 private heated pool of 8 m X 4 m with swimming against the tide and space balneo. Terrace from 150 m 2, barbecue, transat, mattresses.Access and private parking, automatic gate.
€250 deposit will be required at the State of play. Payment of this bond only do cash for non residents of France
