Completely renovated in 2016, in a functional and modern style, check out our apartment hotel on the 1st floor of a 4-storey residence, facing south, equidistant from the old port of La Rochelle and Ile de Ré

The apartment has 54 m²:

-two separate rooms: a bedroom with a double bed and a closet and a bedroom with two twin beds and a wardrobe

-with fully equipped kitchen open to the living for ease of use with food "bar"

-with main room, with a sofa couch, nice and bright with a large bay window

-with bathroom equipped with a large modern shower and a washing machine

-a toilet

-a balcony of 5 sqm and a loggia

-a code and an intercom

-with TV with DVD player and an Internet connection (WIFI) free for relaxation.

Response from the owner Hello Madam I returned from vacation and I find your comment. Of course, I thank you ... even two months after your brief stay. That said, I never received any comment as harsh and undeserved as yours. Rather, you may have read in the guestbook of the apartment the many comments from tenants who have stayed for weeks, even months, in this apartment and were delighted with their stay and my kindness . The exact address and location of the apartment you were known since booking. You could see it very easily on Google Map. Like all urban apartments, mine overlooks a quiet street and parking cars. Fortunately, there was a parking lot ... with free place reserved for parking your own car !!! The other tenants, many, and who stayed more than 2 days, were not interested in the car park but in a quiet apartment, south facing, very bright and completely renovated for less than 2 years. The water of La Rochelle is very hard and the shower wall bears few scars. You saw some unfortunate limescale where other travelers have seen a modern shower, oversized and comfortable ... The washing machine is new, short stay vacationers who do almost never useful. The towels are new and regularly updated (I can send you the bills). I provide 4 towels (for 2 days and 2 persons) this is not bad in terms of the price you paid. As you say, you are looking for the lowest possible cost while hoping in return a location and upscale Sorry for not having managed to satisfy you, because my goal is to offer the best value and the best satisfaction to my guests (Sorry for my English, I do my best) Cordially
