Description
Thoughtfully decorated studio with a great sea view and a private veranda
This studio is located at the heart of the old town centre of Bracciano, very close to the famous Castello Orsini-Odescalchi.
The studio of around 58m² is on the ground floor and has its own separate entrance. Access is from the garden and a private veranda. The living space is on two floors. You enter the studio into the living room, which has a sofa bed (150 x 200cm), a flatscreen TV with satellite reception, and a reading corner. A noteworthy feature in the living room are the beams made of chestnut wood. The kitchen is in an open space adjoining the living room and is equipped with a gas stove, oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and fridge with freezer compartment, as well as a dining table. There is also a large bathroom with a shower (with hydromassage function), a bidet and a washing machine. The studio has a gallery (overlooking the living room), accessed via Rintal stairs. On the gallery there is a three-quarter bed (150 x 200cm). A small window on the gallery allows a view out onto the veranda and part of the garden. A special feature of this accommodation is a window right opposite the bed, offering a breathtaking view of Lake Bracciano. The average height of the studio ceiling is five metres. The studio has air conditioning and heating. Wireless Internet is available, as well as an iron and ironing board.
Outside there is a veranda with garden furniture for your own exclusive use. There is also a garden, from which you can enjoy the view of the lake and the castle. A large private car parking space is provided.
The site is enclosed. Access is via an electronic gate (also by car) and then another small gate.
Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are all in the vicinity of the studio. The lake is about a ten to fifteen-minute walk from the accommodation. You can also get to the lake by shuttle bus or by bicycle. The studio is not far from the train and bus stations, with connections to Rome/Viterbo. St. Peter’s Square in Rome is less than an hour away by train.
