Description

• The Yellow House is an exquisite residence. Its two bedrooms, two en suite bathrooms and its large living room are for the usage of our guests from 2 to 4 persons.

Please take note that the base price is for 1 room/ 2 persons only (with usage of commun parts of the Yellow House, and garden). You may reserve up to 4 persons.

Our price per night for (1 room/ 2 persons) includes : 


– a bedroom in the Yellow House and daily housekeeping.

– the common large living room, balcony, garden.

– a daily breakfast.

– transfert to/from the Yellow House and the Chiang Mai International Airport or the railway station.

• We may organize with you your stay at the Yellow House, and propose you many daily trips and activities for you to choose from – we have private car with chauffeur and official guide (the car/guide services are not included).

• The Yellow House is located in a small rural village, in a large tropical garden of an area of 2 hectares, surrounded by rice fields, about 15 km east of Chiang Mai, the capital of the North Thailand. It is a private stand alone building, in Thai modern style with all modern amenities. Lots of attention had been given to the comfort of its guests, with beautiful decoration and furnishing. In the lush garden, the properties have big ponds with fish, dogs, birds, ducks… The Yellow House is composed of two separate bedrooms (with aircon and fans), each one with one king size bed, and a large bright en suite bathrooms. The main large room may be closed by huge old wooden doors, or fully opened on to a terrace with a view of a pond and overall property. Free speed Internet connection is provided in all the property.

• The Yellow House comprend deux chambres, deux salles de bain et un grand salon, pour deux ou quatre personnes, à usage exclusif de ses hôtes (qui se connaissent et arrivent ensemble à la villa).

Notez bien que le prix correspondant à la réservation d'une chambre pour 2 personnes. Nous pouvons accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes (prix mis à jour en conséquence).

Notre prix par nuit (1 chambre/ 2 personnes) comprend :

– une chambre et son entretien

– l'usage des partie commune de The Yellow House et le parc.

– le petit déjeuner

– le transfert entre The Yellow House et l'aéroport international ou la gare de Chiang Mai.

• Nous pouvons vous proposer des balades et des activités, et organiser avec vous votre séjour à la villa, et à Chiang Mai et ses environs. Nous disposons d'une voiture avec chauffeur et guide Thai officiel (ces prestations sont proposées en option).

• La villa est située dans un petit village rural, au cœur d'un grand jardin tropical de 2 hectares, et des champs de riz, à environ 15 km à l'est de Chiang Mai, la capitale de la Thaïlande du Nord. C'est un bâtiment autonome, de style thaïlandais contemporain, avec tous les services modernes. Une grande attention a été portée au confort de nos hôtes, avec une belle décoration et un ameublement orignal. Dans une végétation luxuriante, la propriété a de grands étangs, des chiens, des oiseaux, des canards, des poissons ... La maison est composée de deux chambres séparées (avec air conditionné et ventilateurs), chacune avec un lit king size, et une grande et claire salle de bains. Vous bénéficiez d'une connexion Internet Wifi rapide couvrant la propriété.
