Appartamento appena ristrutturato (estate 2014) ubicato al piano terra di un antico fabbricato rurale ubicato in una zona residenziale e in posizione panoramica a soli 350 metri dalla spiaggia, dal porto turistico e dal lungomare di Marina di Ragusa.
Arredato in stile provenzale, con colori predominanti del bianco e blu, l'ampio e luminoso soggiorno è dotato di TV LED 32'', divano letto a una piazza e mezza in soggiorno.
La cucina con ampio tavolo da pranzo è completa di piano cottura a gas, forno elettrico, frigorifero, freezer e lavastoviglie e un'area lavanderia con lavatrice, stendino, scopa, mocio, asse e ferro da stiro.
La zona notte è costituita da 2 camere da letto: 1 camera matrimoniale e 1 camera singola adattabile a doppia.
Il bagno con doccia è adatto all'uso da parte di ospiti diversamente abili.
Le due camere hanno due letti matrimoniali.
Dalla cucina si accede ad una veranda di pertinenza esclusiva arredata con tavolo e sedie per godersi i pasti all'aperto. Inoltre si accede a una doccia situata all'esterno.
In condivisione con l'appartamento al primo piano, è a disposizione degli ospiti un ampio giardino o una tettoia dove potersi rilassare.
Questa sistemazione è consigliata a chi vuole soggiornare in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, lontano dal caos cittadino, ma vicinissimo al centro e alle spiagge di Marina di Ragusa.
E' ideale per una vacanza al mare in famiglia per godersi un soggiorno all'insegna del relax, in una zona residenziale raffinata e con i confort di un appartamento super accessoriato.
Accanto all'ingresso della palazzina c'è un ampio parcheggio pubblico gratuito.
