Brantwood is a stunning, beautifully equipped three bedroom holiday home on Porthmeor Beach, St Ives, Cornwall. Brantwood's large balcony, sitting room and dining room immediately overlook the golden sands of Porthmeor beach. Brantwood is ideal for a couple wishing to spread out, a family group or two couples looking to share a property. It is a perfect seaside holiday destination for any age group at any time of year. Brantwood has its own dedicated car parking space, an easy 5 to 10 minute walk from the house. Use of the carparking space is at the visitor's risk.

Brantwood is located just beside the Tate gallery in St Ives and has immediate access to the beach. The shops and restaurants of St Ives are a short walk away, while the renowned Porthmeor Beach café is just a few steps away. Ideal for a family “buckets and spades” and rockpooling holiday, the beach in front of the house is also one of the best surfing beaches in the UK (starter lessons available). The Cornish coastal footpath offers both easy and strenuous walks immediately from the house in either direction, while the nearby harbour offers regular boat trips which offer the easiest way to see the glorious coastline. For those in search of an even less strenuous pass-time, the balcony provides an ideal location for passing the time of day. An enclosed courtyard gives ample storage for surfboards and wetsuits. Bathrobes, hairdryer and welcome pack included. Internet radio and music are now provided by 4 Amazon Echo speakers.

“Fantastic holiday”

Our long awaited st ives holiday was worth the wait. We have been visiting st ives for 25 years and brantwood is the best house we have stayed in in all that time. The location is superb overlooking porthmeor beach and the house has everything you could wish for a holiday home. We will be back.
