Grapevines is a stunning complex. It is located just two minutes' walk from the beach, on the edge of the town often referred to as one of Crete's best kept secrets. Quiet and peaceful, yet only minutes walk to local waterside tavernas, cafe's and many excellent taverna's for eating out. The villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local markets, banks and doctors. Behind the village lie beautiful Cretan hills and mountains with out of the way tavernas serving traditional Cretan cuisine. All along the coast are wonderful beaches and secluded coves.
The property comprises of 1 double bedroom, with patio doors to private garden with sea views and 1 twin bedroom with views toward the swimming pool and mountains. 2 bathrooms, 1 en suite to master bedroom. A fully fitted open plan kitchen with balcony overlooking the swimming pool and landscaped gardens Relax in your own sun lounges on the roof terrace with spectacular sea and mountain views, or wine and dine on the large wrap around balcony leading from the lounge.
The lounge has a large sofa which can be used as a sofa bed if required. You will have your own car parking space within the complex and a site manager who can assist with all your needs from car hire to restaurants. All the amenities needed for a relaxing holiday in tranquil surroundings for families and for those who want a quite or romantic break.. Air conditioned with bed linen and towels included. The spiral staircase has child's locks on all levels.

You will always be assured of a warm friendly welcome. From Heraklion or Sitia airport we can arrange a taxi transfer or a rental car. Prices include a weekly cleaning service. Additional villas are available to rent, so if our one is booked out or if you have a large group that may want to rent more than 1 villa please contact us. The lounge gives wonderful sea views, from the kitchen, views of the mountains. Smart TV and bluetooth speaker allow you to watch and listen to your favorite programmes. Selection of DVDs for the family, books for children and adults and games, all to help you have a relaxing holiday. wi-fi available.

“Lovely villa in a great location”
Everything is exactly as shown on the pictures and stated in the description. The villa is cozy and clean. There's a balcony on each of the sides (one with a sea view and one with a pool view) which is really convenient because you can follow the sun or escape it depending on your preferences. One potential drawback (especially for older travelers) is that the stairs are pretty steep and narrow. The complex is very well-kept. The beach, which is 5-10 minutes away (depending on your physical condition), is probably the best that we've seen during our Crete vacation so there's not much point in driving somewhere else, especially with kids.

We were very suprised by your comments regarding the traffic noise as we have not had any other negative comments regarding traffic noise from any other guests since we began offering our Villa for rental.
