There is a Bus Transportation that take guests to Kendall to join the Metro lines to Miami and the Airport. There is also an Enterprise Car Rental Services nearby that will pick guests up to rent a vehicle and drop you off after the return of the vehicle. Guests can also rent from the Airport and drop off the vehicles back to the airport.

Guests are advised to keep the noise down as this is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Guests are welcome to smoke outside the house, but never inside and please clean ashtrays upon your departure. Please turn off the lights and fans -- all of them --. DO NOT turn A/C below 70 degrees. Owner keeps personal items in home. No parties and loud activities are allowed. Failure to abide by these rules will result in eviction and no refunds on the bookings. Long Term Stays are mostly welcome.

Great house with lots of room....big kitchen and huge bedrooms. Our host was most definitely listening and attentive to our questions. When near Miami, book it. Only down side is pool is no longer av… More
