Siamo Colle Santa Lucia a pochi passi dal centro al piano terra di un antico maso con splendida vista panoramica sul paese e sulle montagne che ci circondano.

l'appartamento è un bilocale di 55mq con camera matrimoniale, cucina/soggiorno con due letti singoli e bagno in camera è possibile aggiungere una poltrona letto.

in estate è possibile utilizzare la terrazza esterna di 80 mq dotata di tavolino e gazebo, lo spazio è in comune con l'appartamento Pelmo.

“Modern apartment in the old house.”

Property has been sensitively renovated, it is spacious and tastefully decorated. The best are mountains in this area and skiing possibilities.

“Excellent appartment, great location”

Second year staying here, this time for two weeks. Appartment is very comfortable with stunning views of Pelmo and Civetta and in an excellent location for the sights of the Dolomites. Colle Santa Lucia is a low key mountain town but has friendly people, a good food store and excellent pizza restaurant 200m from the door that also does takeaway! Alleghe is the nearest bigger place and this has some nice places to eat. Great for road biking with Passo Gaiu and Val Parola very close and mountain biking at Passo Pordoi. Make the effort to go over past Cortina to Lake Misurina and the Tre Cime walk, busy but spectacular. Only improvements we could suggest would be a kettle (for the Brits), better corkscrew and if at all possible a dishwasher - but that does give an excuse to have takeaway! Almost certainly will go back again as so much to see in the area. we booked through Interhome but you can do it direct and chance the exchange rate.
