A spacious, self-catering loft apartment. Sleeping up to 2, with private sun terrace, en suite bathroom and fully equipped modern kitchen. This bright and airy barn conversion has views over the Fenouillèdes hills and terracotta rooftops of the quiet mountain village of Fosse in Languedoc-Rousillon, France.

Exposed stone walls and terracotta tiled floors.
Fluffy towels and bathrobes provided.
Flatscreen TV, IPod docking speakers and Free Wifi access.
Your accommodation includes one double bedroom, ensuite bathroom, a fully equipped modern kitchen, lounge with soft seating, and DVD with films. Bath towels and bed linen are provided and there is a parking space for your use next to the apartment.
The Space
Our lovingly renovated original stone barn for couples in the Catalan Fenouillèdes region of the French Pyrenees is an all-year-round luxury retreat for summer sun and winter snow vacations. This spacious, self-catering loft apartment, sleeps up to 2, has a secluded private terrace, woodburner, en suite bathroom and fully equipped modern kitchen.
Everyone who stays with us is greeted with our complimentary welcome pack including our homemade jam, made with love. We offer a selection of arrival packages to help you ease into your stay. Please ask us for details.
No hidden extras. Our prices include all linen and towels, firewood and electricity.

We are very pleased to spend time with our guests and also respect your privacy. If possible, we will always welcome you when you arrive and show you around. You might be visited by our cats and dogs who are very friendly and love to say hello.
The Neighborhood
Beautiful, wild and free. Surrounded by forest and vineyards, Fosse Las Cabanes sits in a quiet valley. It is peaceful and gentle place full of history and a strong local identity. We love it.
This region is noted for it's colour. It's a true sensory experience and is ideal for artists, photographers and walkers. Spring is vibrant as the meadows fill with wild orchids and rare butterflies. Autumn slowly creeps across the landscape as the beech, oak and pine forests turn to seas of red and gold and the smell of wild mushrooms is in the air. We are blessed with high summer temperatures in July and August when our local free pool is open every afternoon. Winter is generally sunny and crisp and for those who like to get outside we are 1hr from the lower ski slopes of the Pyrenees. The woodburning log stove burning green oak sourced from our valley will keep you warm if you want to snuggle up with a good book. Snow might arrive in January or February but our roads are well serviced if heavy snow falls.
Sights & Adventure: Historic Cathar castles, Côte Vermeille and the fishing port of Collioure, Modern Art Galleries Fauvism (Picasso/Matisse/Dufy/Derain/Dali), Wine tasting, French markets, walking & hiking GR36, rafting and canyoning in the spectacular gorges, caving, climbing, long white beaches of the Med, mountain skiing and snowboarding, Medieval walled city of Carcassonne, Roquefort caves.
