Les Trois Petites Maisons

We offer 3 cottages (1x1 bed, and 2x2 bed ) which have been lovingly restored , with original features kept wherever possible and beautifully furnished to a high standard.

This listing is for all 3 cottages for large families of groups wanting to holiday together and yet retain some independence and private space. When all 3 cottages are rented together you will have the exclusive use or the swimming pool.

Please book early, due to availability of all 3 cottages together.

The cottages are set in approximately 1 and half acres of their own grounds, with the front gardens landscaped and a lazy meandering path leading to the road, which is a stones throw from Lake Mondon (see below for amenities)Our back garden has been transformed by a 10m x 5m in ground swimming pool (4ft deep) and sunbathing terrace, there are shingled outside areas for each cottage where hours can be spent relaxing and rejuvenating or reading a book, with a glass of wine under the shade of huge parasols.For the slightly more adventurous, just a 2 minute walk away, opposite the lake is a communal swimming pool with waterslides. On the lake there are pedaloes for hire and in the peak season there are often donut boat rides. This site also offers tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts and boules. (all these amenities for a nominal fee)There are also many stunning wooded walks along the banks of the river La Benaize, with waterfalls and prehistoric rocks (dolman), where you will find an abundance of wildlife.For the fishing enthusiast a `carte de peche` can be purchased for a half / full day or weekly ticket.There are two restaurants / bars overlooking Lake Mondon, both within a few minutes walk of our cottages.You will receive a Welcome Pack with every rental!There are local shops and supermarkets with a 5 miles radius, or for the larger supermarket there is La Souterraine or St Benoit.Our cottages are approximately a 10 minute drive from Junction 22 of the A20.

Please note: We require a 150 euro refundable breakage deposit per cottage payable on arrival, also a 75 euro cleaning fee for each cottage
