House périgourdine of charm and luxury of 137 m2. Relax well in calm or visit our beautiful province périgourdine. Surrounded by nature in a hilly and wooded (with truffle), you will be only 2.5 km from Lalinde and shops (markets Thursday and Saturday mornings or supermarkets). This town is located on the river: the Dordogne (fishing and canoe). Near Bergerac (20 km) and the famous vineyards of Monbazillac, it is the ideal starting point for visits to Sarlat (45 km), Eyzies (40 km) and Lascaux, Perigord Black pearls. Side Gastronomy, you will see foie gras, truffles, duck, walnuts, strawberries, chestnuts and wines of Bergerac ... The spatieux cottage consists of a living room with fireplace, a dining room, an entrance (with toilets ), a kitchen and a storeroom on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms and a bathroom (shower) with toilet. You can also dine outside on the patio with barbecue. You will also have available a private swimming pool (8m by 4m) within a framework idillique lulled by the sound of cicadas. We pay gladly to bike brave upon request! You have at your disposal: oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, stereo, cot, high chair ... The pool is fenced and an alarm was installed to ensure your safety.

Response from the owner Désolé! Il semblerait que j'ai mal présenté l'annonce...Je pensais avoir indiqué un prix par chambre et non pour la totalité du gite . J'en suis très désolé et serait plus vigilant à l'avenir. Je présente toutes mes excuses pour cette erreur et les désagréments occasionnés.
