Description
This traditional Cycladic house is located in the center of the picturesque and cosmopolitan fishing town of Naousa, in the north of the beautiful island of Paros. Naousa is famous for its beaches, vibrant nightlife, elegant restaurants and unique boutique shops.
The house is located on a quiet, pedestrian street in the old part of the town. It has two levels with a large terrace (50 m2) with great sunset views on the town, port, the northern part of the island and Mykonos. It is very strategic located. In less than 5 minutes' walk you will arrive at the town's main square and port. If you have a car, parking is available in just 20 meters. Naousa's popular beaches can be reached by 5 minute walk (Ag. Anargiroi), 10 minutes boat ride from the port (Kolymbithres, Monastiri) or 10 minutes by car or bus from the main square (Lageri, Santa Maria).
This original Cycladic house divides in 3 independent apartments: The main apartment (50 m2, upper level) has a living/dining room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and large closets, a large modern kitchen with all electrical appliances and amenities - can sleep 3. The second one (20 m2, upper level) was used as an office - can sleep 3. The last one (30 m2, main level) is used as a guest suite - can sleep a family of 2 adults and 2-3 children. All apartments have individual entrance, a modern bathroom with shower, air-conditioning and access to the kitchen and the terrace.
The house is available in the summer months (July-Sep) and is rented as a whole. It is ideal for families with children or friends traveling together. The vibrant nightlife and beach bars attract many younger people!!!.
The house has all amenities, including sheets and towels.
