Cottage Description

This pretty, semi-detached, Cornish holiday cottage lies in the heart of this traditional Cornish village, just a few hundred yards from the church and The Earl of St Vincent pub.

Fully renovated in 2013, the cottage comprises of a kitchen dining room with a range cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer and ipod dock.

In the lounge there is a log burner, and 32" HD TV with a smart Blu-ray player with Netflix and Prime and Wifi throughout.

There are 3 bedrooms, two are doubles with the third being a single, or for the travel cot.

The bathroom has a shower over half roll top bath, with sink and toilet and shaver point, and there is an additional downstairs toilet.

Parking is roadside on a first come basis, on a traditional Cornish lane.

The cottage is heated by gas central heating.

Pets are welcome. (1 dog allowed)

There is a travel cot available (linen for cot not supplied) highchair and stairgate.

Included in the let are all linen and towels, gas/water/electric, access to the log store and a welcome pack.

At Wadebridge, 1 mile, hire bikes or walk along the Camel Trail to Padstow or Bodmin, there is also a cinema, local butchers and bakers, as well as restaurants and pubs to choose from.

Also close by are the coastal resorts of Rock and Polzeath with their surfing beaches, and further up the coast is Port Isaac, famous for the TV series, 'Doc Martin'.

Within easy reach are Bodmin Moor and the Eden Project. Shop ½ mile, pub and restaurant 500 yards. Hillside has been fully renovated, to give you all the charm of the cottage with the modern amenities you require.

Short breaks are available during off peak periods, with a flexible start day.

On departure, I am asking guests to put all bed linen & towels into the bags provided & please put all cutlery, cups, plates & bowls into the dishwasher and turn on. Guests arriving will find these in the dishwasher ready and safe to use. These measures help to protect guests incoming and the cleaning team.

There will be the usual handwash next to each sink as well as toilet rolls, bin liners, sponges, washing up liquid and plenty of dishwasher tablets. Tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper have been removed for the time being.
