La Torricella is a stunning fully restored 19th century villa immersed in the Sabine hills just 45 minutes drive from Rome. The villa is also just an hour from Spoleto in Umbria, 2 hours from Tuscany. Located in authentic Sabina, an area dubbed as the "new Tuscany" this exquisite stone Villa sleeps 4 - 12 people (8 adults + 4 children) & will be available for rent as your Italian home. Every room in the villa combines Italian tradition - massive chestnut beams, stone walls, locally crafted terracotta floors - with modern comforts such as sleek bathrooms and large picture windows. Every window at La Torricella offers stunning panoramic views of sweeping olive groves, oak & cypress trees, grape vines and the Sabine hills, dotted with picturesque stone villages. Simone & his Australian wife Kate can arrange everything for you: airport transfers, farm to table cooking classes, olive oil & wine tastings, private tours of Rome (Kate is an authorised tour guide!), Sabina and Umbria, picnic baskets, local chefs.
