This loft has a breathtaking view of the sea, lagoon & mountains. It is located in a quiet neighborhood in Ipanema, less of 10 minutes from the ocean, the lagoon and the subway. Best location to enjoy yours holidays.
The loft has two double beds, a queen size (160cm) bed opened in the living room and a 140 cm in a closed bedroom. The view and the Sunset are really amazing.The flat is located at the 17th floor of a building with 18 floors. the builiding is located in a private street with no car circulation. You can sleep with opened windows without noise.
You have a bathrrom with shower and toilet. There is also a separated toilet, and the separated bedroom has also a shower and a sink.
The kitchen is full equipped. There is a Nespresso machine and a washing&drying machine.
The loft has 4 ceiling fans and 2 air-conditioners.
