Beautiful house with sea view built in blue-and-white cycladic style, situated in Agkidia, a small village in ca. 3 km from Naxos town (Chora), and the beach of Ag. Gheoghios, so it is advisable to have a car/scooter/ATV!
La maisonnette, of ca. 80 sqm on two levels can accommodate 4/5 people. On the front of a garden with flowers and plants, 2 covered terraces with sea view, rear a courtyard/patio with bougainvillea, lastly a rooftop terrace with stunning views in 280° on sea, landscape, Paros Island and finally the Chora.
1° level (accessible from an external staircase) with terrace – living room with sofa bed, round table, fireplace, bookcases and shelves with TV/sat decoder/VHS-DVD player, home theater. After the toilet, a fully equipped open kitchen leads to the spacious bow which gives access to the lovely back patio where you can enjoy the peace of this village and maybe have a drink or al fresco dining in the privacy (the little Street adjacent is not accessible to vehicles).
A white marble staircase leads to the second level.
2° level – an open-space with fitted wardrobes, double sofa bed, fireplace, shelves, table-desk, air conditioning hot/cold, French window on the terrace overlooking and ladder to go up to the observation deck. Can be used as a second bedroom, study, living room.
A double bedroom with walk in closet, ceiling fan and bathroom with shower.
La maisonnette has for heating, electric radiators in every room; also Windows with double glazing and wooden shutters, two exterior doors with glass shatterproof room on the ground floor there is a utility room with washing machine and tools.
It's finally available parking space in front of the stairs of access and the garden has automatic irrigation.

House rules
Guests are supposed to respect our neighbours always avoiding unpleasant noises, especially between 14:30/17:30 and after 23:00.
Should an issue arise on the spot, guests should contact the house-keeper as well us as proprietors during their stay, NOT after because once the check-out is done, there is nothing left but complaining.

Response from the owner Gentile ospite, i fatti la smentiscono. Il 28 Marzo abbiamo concordato le condizioni di un affitto trimestrale da lei richiesto. L’accordo verbale è avvenuto via mail e telefono in quanto io vivo in Italia e affido sul posto la gestione della casa di Naxos a persona di nostra fiducia. Non essendoci mai incontrati, non si capisce come lei possa qualificarmi ‘grandissimo cafone’. Dopo tre settimane lei ha rescisso il nostro accordo con una scusa, pretendendo di pagare 21 giorni secondo la tariffa forfettaria di mesi tre. Io invece le ho trattenuto un mese a € 416 più una penale di € 258 come parziale compensazione. Questo e solo questo il motivo del suo rancore e di questo suo tentativo di diffamazione. Il suo check-in è del 2 Maggio ma il suo check-out è del 26 Maggio (quando la sua signora ha lasciato la casa). In questo periodo lei non si è mai lamentato di nulla relativamente alla casa/location/etc. La nostra persona di fiducia ne è testimone. Lei ha trovato la casa in perfetto ordine e così l’ha lasciata, per cui gliene sono grato. Infatti le ho bonificato l’intero deposito cauzionale di € 250. Uno dei nostri vicini possiede un cane ma il luogo non è circondato o infestato da cani, tantomeno randagi. La strada è in parte buia di notte ma non di giorno. Le zanzare, notevolmente inferiori a quelle di Naxos Town, non sono mai state un problema, anche perché tutte le finestre della casa sono dotate di zanzariere avvolgibili. A Marzo io stesso le ho suggerito di visitare i siti dedicati per confrontare le offerte su Naxos; le ho indicato la distanza della casa da Naxos Town e anche dal suo luogo di lavoro, consigliandole vivamente l’affitto di un’auto. Lei ha quindi accettato liberamente la mia proposta senza obiezioni di sorta. Viste le sue precedenti minacce e insulti via SMS e mail (documentabili), è chiaro che questa sua non è una recensione ma un tentativo di diffamazione basato su menzogne con l’aggravante del luogo pubblico.
