Description

Well located 100 meters from the beach and only 3 blocks from the subway Cantagalo. In close proximity you will find bars, restaurants, cinemas, supermarkets, laundries, pubs and everything you need for a pleasant stay.

The apartment is spacious, bright and very comfortable! It has a large living room with veranda, two sofas (sofa-bed and single bed) and a dining table. Bedroom with double bed and wardrobes. Bathroom with very large shower floor, mirrors and closet. Kitchen.

You will find:-WI-FI 10 megs-100 LED TV channels-Air conditioning-Separate kitchen and complete-Washing machine-Iron and ironing-Porter-Elevator The Copacabana Reveillon and Carnival festivals are known all over the world and receive millions of tourists. You can do outdoor sports: gliding, skydiving, soccer, foot-volleyball and surfing. The nature is wonderful and I missed the Christ Redeemer, Sugar Loaf and the beaches, but be sure to visit the Tijuca Forest and the Botanical Garden.

Conditions: Check in 15:00-19:00 Check out 12:00 The rate includes only the use of the apartment.

No pets.

Please do not smoke inside the building.

Security deposit of 600 reais; careful not to lead to damages to nothing ' apartment.

“Marvelhous Apartement”

I stayed here for 3weeks. i just can say it's very central and super apartement and clean!! Chris the host is very patience and you can contact him anytime, he is very flexibel. if i ever go back to Rio, this would be my apartement again!! Thank you Chris!!
