Description

This is a family friendly Villa which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The Villa comes with parking space for up to 3 cars and covers a space of 5.5 square metres.

On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen, dinning and lounge area with a fire place for the cold winter days.

On the first floor there is a master bedroom with a king size bed and an amazing view over looking the sea! You can also enjoy the view from a little private balcony. There are 2 more bedrooms with twin beds in each room and a bathroom (with washing machine).

All the bed mattresses are orthopaedic. For those that like a softer mattress we have brand new hypoallergenic toppers available at the villa.

Outside the house there is a wooden oven and a BBQ which you can enjoy the warm summer days. There are a number of gardens around with flowers, fruits and vegetables. We look after the gardens, they are being watered twice a week.

FOR LONG TERM STAY PLEASE DROP US AN EMAIL.

There are only a few other Villas around, of which some are occupied permanently.

It is recommended that you have a car, the location is perfect for short trips to enjoy the variety of beaches that there are on an average only 3' away with a car.

Not having a car is not a problem! There is a bus every 60' that can pretty much take you in most places a car would take you. A single bus fare is just 5 euros from Heraklion to the Villa (45') or Rethimnon to the Villa (45') and only 2-3 euros from Villa to Bali (2'-3').

We are available over the phone and/or email for any queries regarding the villa. If you need advice on places to visit and eat out, just ask!
