These are fantastic 4 bed / 3 bathroom properties here on this amazing holiday resort ..... set in grounds and communal gardens.
There is Tennis, Bar and Restaurant, Cafe, Play areas, Games room, Crazy Golf
Please Note : 8 guests at one house will also have access to the Swimming pool and Gym here.
The other house will not have access to Pool + Gym.
This works well as often some guests do not wish to have access to the pool and gym.

This is a family resort ---- they will not accept bookings for groups of young guests.
We can accept 1 dog at certain times --- there is a charge of £45 for this. We can only accept dogs at certain times ...... so please contact us regarding a dog.
It is very important to contact us before booking -- if you need to bring a dog. Some properties do not allow dogs -- as they have many guests with allergies. Guests safety is very important so it is vital to tell us if you wish to bring a dog. If guests bring a dog without telling us then access has to be denied.

“Holiday”
Cottage was lovely but not alot to do onsite as they have closed the sauna and steam room and golf course an soft play that is advertised on the Atlantic reach website do not book if u don't have a car

But you are saying that you were dissappointed that there was not a Steam room and Sauna and Indoor Play area ?? We do not advertise that these are available at all, so this is unfair .... and these are not advertised on Atlantic Reach Website either? So we are completely confused as to what you mean to be honest ........ Like you said this is such a great location and lovely well equipped modern spacious properties ..... you loved the properties ..... so it is frustrating that you are complaining that things are not there ..... But we have not advertised that these things are there at all ? So this is just bizarre and not fair at all Kind regards jane

“Atlantic Reach - Great location, spacious accommodation”
Atlantic Reach provides a great base to visit anywhere in Cornwall. We stayed in the spacious 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms properties. They had well equipped kitchens and bedding was provided, Ideal for a family holiday. Plenty of parking nearby. There are indoor and outdoor pools, due to covid booking is required but we didn’t have any problems booking a time slot. There was no entertainment due to covid but this is due to return in 2022. The children enjoyed the outdoor play park. This was our second visit to Atlantic Reach, we will come back again in the future.

“Amazing family weekend”
Jane was amazing in helping me sort my stay. She made me feel really confident the weekend was going to be great. When I turned up there were treats for the kids which went down swimmingly. The cottages were amazing and very comfy. The kids loved the pool/ soft play and entertainment so it didn’t matter that storm Brian hit us! All in all a fab place would recommend to everyone. “Very enjoyable - some points to note”
We booked late for a one week stay in two cottages to accommodate 16 of us - extended family arriving from various places.to holiday together. Because it was late, only one of the two cottages was still available, but Jane (owner) was very flexible and arranged for a second, essentially identical cottage to be available through this booking. The cottages were very close to each other, and were modern, clean and adequately equipped (there could have been a few more cooking utensils, but it didn't hinder us). Each comfortably slept 8 and had ample room downstairs in the open plan kitchen / living area to eat and socialize. There are three full bathrooms (1 en-suite, 1 family & one downstairs with the 4th bedroom), all well equipped and plenty of hot water for the showers. We had two gripes about the houses- 1) the floors and most beds were very creaky, making it impossible to sneak around at night without potentially waking others up. 2) No WiFi in the cottages. There is WiFi access in the central building but (a) this closes at 9pm, and (b) even that connection is not great. The cottages are a very short walk from the main building. The central facilities are excellent - good size, warm indoor swimming pool; fun indoor play area for younger kids (or 6 & 8yo girls loved it). Gym was very large and well equipped. Plenty of classes available in a separate workout room, which also had a table tennis table when not in use for classes. There is a timetable of activities to keep the kids busy, plus a "Teen Zone" play area for the older children. We didn't try the large outdoor pool and playground but they looked nice. We found the location to be rather convenient - central to many places - about 15 mins south of Newquay and north of St Austell. For those of you less familiar with Cornwall, there are so many tourist attractions, not to mention the great beaches and attractive port towns that you could spend a month here and still be short of time! We had a great vacation, and despite the couple of points noted above we would highly recommend this accommodation, and Jane's rental in particular!
