Description

Ground floor Condo with two steps that lead out the back lanai to the white sands of Longboat Key. You can't get any closer to the beach than in this unit. The private beaches out the back door offer miles of shell collecting, sandcastle making, snorkleing, and dolphin sightings. Silver Sands Resorts offers on-site management to accommodate your every need.

Unit 240 is newly furnished and tiled throughout. One private master bedroom with king size bed and flat screen tv. Living room with queen sleeper sofa and flat screen tv lead into the full size kitchen fully equipped for meals at the dining room table or out on the back screened lanai that face the ocean. From the back lanai you can enjoy the unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico and hear the waves roll in. While living here you can leave the sliding door open and hear the waves while you cook, read or sleep.

Enjoy the heated outdoor pool that is 10 steps out the front door with complimentary chaise lounges and umbrellas. Tan, swim or read and watch the kids by the pool while you grill out on the barbecue.

The resort also has shuffleboard and mini putt-putt located on the property that will keep everyone busy and happy.

Daily maid service and free wi-fi in the unit and on the grounds.

Getting around

There is a bike rental shop about three blocks from the condo and are fairly inexpensive to rent for the week.

Interaction with guest

Once you arrive you check -in at the front building. If arriving after 5 p.m. let me know. You will receive your key at the front desk and can try to park as far to the right as possible in the shell lined parking lot. Any and all questions can be answered at the front desk.
