In a building where the foundations date to the middle ages, you will find yourself emerged in ancient history whilst enjoying the comforts of a top of the range newly renovated accommodation with high quality furnishings and equipment.Elegant, bright, conveniently located in the heart of the Old City in Perigueux. Elevator serviced, lovely 1st Floor 24 sq. mts. apartment, high standard and newly refurbished on Rue Condé just off the main Rue Taillefer in which the CATHÉDRALE SAINT-FRONT commands the skyscape crowned by five immense Byzantine cupolas next to a soaring belfry.The apartment itself offers top of the range ultra modern facilities. It is a self contained studio including architect designed kitchen and designer bathroom fittings. It also benefits from a 7 sq. mts mezzanine sleeping area with a full size orthopedic mattress which allows comfortable main room floor space. ( Please note that the access to the bed is by a steep wooden ladder so it is not recommended for people with mobility issues. The entrance to the shower is also narrow and it is not advisable for people with mobility issues related to size). You can relax watching a movie on your flat screen TV or read a book on a Le Corbusier sofa after a magic day walking through Perigueux or eat dinner on an Eero Saarinen dining set surrounded by the exposed old stone fire place and walls.The apartment is ideal for a couple on a perigordine escape!

“Perfect studio”
Great little studio in the heart of old town Perigueux. Great location , very near monoprix, banks, parking, shops and historic site. The studio is a modern conversion but still has heaps of character. I cant fault it. Owners are lovely too.
