L'appartamento è situato in un contesto tranquillo e silenzioso, vicino al lago, ristoranti, bar e supermercati, tutto raggiungibile a piedi. La casa è dotata di due terrazzi di cui uno arredato e fornito di BBQ per piacevoli serate di relax.

Il prezzo comprende i consumi di acqua, luce e gas, anche per il riscaldamento invernale.

L'alloggio è fornito completo di lenzuola, asciugamani, phon, tovaglie e canovacci e tutto il necessario per la cucina.

Trevignano è un piccolo paese che offre varie opportunità di svago e divertimento. L'ambiente è curato e rilassante, la bellissima passeggiata sul lago conduce al centro del paese dove ristoranti, bistrot e locali di vario genere rendono piacevoli le serate ad ogni età. Il cinema offre interessanti programmazioni anche all'aperto su una terrazza ai piedi della Rocca dalla quale si gode uno splendido panorama del lago. Interessante il Museo Etrusco sito nel bel Palazzo Comunale che ospita anche mostre e corcerti di vario genere. Si possono praticare numerosi sport acquatici, passeggiate in bicicletta, mountain bike, equitazione, golf. Roma dista poco più di 50 Km e nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano interessanti siti culturali: Castello Odescalchi di Bracciano, Sutri, Cerveteri, Terme di Stigliano. Interessantissimo Il Museo dell'Aeronautica di Vigna di Valle, divertentissimo il Treja Park Adventure e le cascatelle di Monte Gelato. Ricco mercato dell'artigianato 1^ e 3^ domenica di ogni mese.

Per chi non rinuncia alla palestra il fitness club "Esedra" un "sotto casa" da non perdere!
