A 100 m des bains, 300 m du télécabine, 50 m des commerces, 300 m de la gare, studio avec grande terrasse au bord de l'Ariège.Pour 2 à 4 personnes. 22 m2. Entièrement rénové en juin 2017.

Si vous êtes venu à Beaurivage2 j'aimerais connaître votre nom et la période, et je regrette que vous n'ayez pas jugé utile de signaler à votre arrivée les défauts que vous avez constatés. Je profite de ce message pour dire que si un locataire trouve que l'appartement n'est pas propre à son arrivée, il recevra après vérification une indemnité de 30 €, payée par le locataire précédent.

Pour le couchage, normalement je n'accepte pas plus de 6 personnes, et le canapé-lit n'est pas trop recommandé pour un adulte... il restera comme ça. Au plaisir de vous revoir. Cordialement H.D.

Notez que la terrasse va bientôt changer: le sol va être refait entièrement et une partie de la terrasse sera couverte, ce qui permettra de manger dehors sous le soleil ou sous la pluie. How do damage deposits work?
